@Alara K you’re welcome. You can call other ethnicities as Americans or Norwegians, but the reality is not changed. If you call a Greek, a Kurd, an Armenian, a Balkan, a Circassian, a Persian, a Hittite as Turk, it’s exactly like calling Japanese people, Saudis! Doesn’t make sense unless you want to assimilate people to misuse them for reaching out your purpose, or you are a fool! Once a person with blue eye and light brown hair and white skin or hairy light brown skin color with thick mustache can become a person with yellow glabrous skin with oriental eye, then you can call Anatolians Turks, and Turks Anatolians! 😉 just naming something wrong doesn’t change the reality. The interesting part is that when an Uyghur talks to a person from Turkey, the only language they can communicate is English! 😃 have been witness several time here in Detroit and also Wyne state university. Maybe you guys can make it by faking it, but enlightening never stops. 🙂🤗 you have a good day as well.
Alara K
Alara K Πριν 18 ημέρες
Thank you for teaching my history. I meant those nations lived together and the culture was born. Also Bulgarians, Armenians, Kurds, Cherkess and all the ethnicities still live in Turkey and we call ourselves Turks overall. I didn’t assert that culture is %100 Uyghur Turkish but I see (as most of us) these ethnicities as Turkish too. I like the diversity comes within multicultural area. Have a good day :).

Bill Smart Πριν 19 ημέρες
@Alara K dude! What are you talking about?!? Turk seljuks were less than 1000 years moved from southwest of Mongolia (northwest of china) and central Asia and attacked Anatolia. There wasn’t even1 Turk in the region 1000 years ago. All were Hittites, Palaic, Lydians, Circassians, Romans, Persians, Georgians, Armenians, Kurds, Balkans, Bulgars and ... if you speak Turkish, does it mean you are a turk?! Are people in Turkey even a tiny bit similar to Turk Uyghurs?!? More than half of the Africa speak English and French, it means they are from England and France?! 😂😂😂 dude! When Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan (Great Persia) made carpets Turks were far far aways from civilizations in middle east. You know that still the most expensive carpet in the world is Persian carpet. Don’t make yourself a fool. Even Ataturk with blue eyes and light brownish hair was everything but a Turk. cheers! 👋🏻

@Alara K I understand the cultural aspects of these designs. However if they want to continue their beautiful work they'll need to make more modern designs. I'm hazarding a guess that the rich and famous in Turkey would already have heirloom rugs so they need to look internationally to bring in extra income.
Alara K
Alara K Πριν 19 ημέρες
Hahaha as a Turkish I understand you but these are the cultural patterns mostly affected by mid eastern and Persian cultures in the past. So those patterns are related to them, also in the past carpets are used to express emotions by young women. If they’re sad, they create it and tell it in that way to their lovers. Or for themselves. So you can see signs of grief, happiness and sadness all together. I thought you might wanna know it but still i agree with you. Sometimes i don’t see what they saw.

discretionary spending industry like these are always the first one to go during a recession environment. I'm sure they suffered during the 2008 housing crisis, 2000 dot-com bubble, and all other economic bubble before then. I don't think this is anything new. If the industry manage to survive hundred of different wars, myriad of economic recession environment, through its 1000 year of history. I'm sure it will survive covid too.

Bitcion wobbled into the start of this week's trading session, moving between losses and gains on it's neutral weekly outlook which make's it a tough decision for investor's to decide how best to utilise the current market; as for me it can't be more obvious that trading Bitcion is way more lucrative than just holding and waiting for the price of Bitcion to skyrocket. I didn't think it was possible to make constant wins from trading till I came across Louis Manfred who help's investors/newbies who lack understanding on how trading Bitcion work's, to help me recover loss from the crash and also stack up more bitcion, since last year till date I have made over 50 BTC with Louis help. I sadly don’t think that’s only Covid that makes this industry struggle. It’s also the lack of appreciation of a generation raised with the “buy cheap-throw away-buy new one” mentality. What most people don’t know is the fact that some of these handwoven rugs are handed down from generation to generation and can survive hundreds of years. Please don’t even compare it to industrially made, cheap store carpets, it’s an insult to the century-long tradition of carpet-making.

Not that the people making these carpets don't deserve adequate wages for their work but it is ridiculously expensive for the average person of this generation to buy these things when there's a lack of jobs, a need for higher education, lower wages, student debt, inadequate Healthcare and a dying planet I don't think keeping up an international rug industry is this generations priority
